To find the replacement parts available for your slow cooker, please follow these 3 steps:

Step 1: Locate the MODEL number. Gently turn over your slow cooker so you can see the bottom of the slow cooker’s base. You may want to first remove any parts that may slip and break when you turn your slow cooker upside down. For example, lids, removable stoneware, etc.

Step 2: The MODEL number is displayed on the bottom of the slow cooker base, on the UL label.
