Have a look at this great Crock-Pot® recipe - Sausage Casserole

A great dish for Halloween & Bonfire night
2 tbsp oil
8 pork sausages
1 red onion, roughly chopped
1 x 198 g can sweet corn kernels, drained
350 g squash, peeled and cut into chunks
1 tbsp plain flour
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp tomato puree
150 ml stock
- Using Sauté Slow Cooker heat oil in stoneware on the hob and then fry sausages to brown. Alternatively, use a frying pan.
- Add the onion, sweet corn and squash.
- Blend together the flour, paprika and tomato puree with the stock, and then pour the thick sauce over the sausages.
- Place lid on stoneware, place on heated base and cook on High for 2-3 hours.
