Rockin' Crock!
I have been using this Crock-Pot for a week now, and love it! Upon receiving it, I was extremely impressed with the 3 different crock options that were available. They stack together nicely, so it is easy to store when not in use. My previous slow cooker was relatively small, so I was very impressed that I could fit an entire spaghetti squash into the largest crock. I did find that the crock pot's heat is quite intense (water was boiling it in on the "Low" setting), so I need to keep that in mind for the future and adjust the time setting accordingly. One of the best features is that you can set the time to cook, and then it will automatically switch over to warm once the cooking time is completed.

Made my life simple!
I got this a week ago and it has helped plan my weekdays. The crock pot controls are simple and easy to use. The 3 "bowls" are perfect for different kinds of recipees, and allows you to do more than one recipe ( that have similar cooking times & temperature) wich allows you to prepare a complete meals (potatoes & vegetables on one side and meat on the other). This is the perfect time saver for anyone who has long days at work and wants to stick in a gym session. You do a quick prep in the morning or the night before, and you get home and your healthy meal is ready!

Great Product!
I have been using this crockpot for about a week now and I really enjoy it! I love that I can choose the insert I need for my dish. It makes things very easy and convient. Before I had a base model with the one knob you would turn to select high, low or warm which was fine but if I turned it on in the morning and left the house I was always worried about being out longer than I expected and the crockpot over cooking my food. Which is why I think that the timer on this model is a fantastic feature. The only downside I have noticed with this model is that the warm setting seems to be VERY warm. I did burn one meal by leaving it on warm. Overall it's a great product and I am very happy with it!

Doesn't last!
Purchased about 6 months ago after looking for a long time & we loved it! BUT-about a month ago the base started rattling-something inside must have come loose. Since then it's gotten worse & worse! Now it sounds like 3-4 things inside came loose! It's never been dropped or had excessive use so I'm not sure what the sound is. Today I needed to use it, but when I plugged it in it got HOT immediately. Of course we can't return it to the store due to the Corona Virus issue so now we're stuck with a broken crockpot we can't use!

Makes cooking fun again!
I got this crockpot a couple weeks ago and it has made cooking so fun and easy. I love that I can just throw ingredients in there, press a button and come back hours later. I don't even have to be home while my food is cooking which is great! I made fajitas and all I did for the chicken was place four chicken breasts in the pot, covered with a jar of salsa and salt&pepper and left it for 4 hours. When I came back to it I was able to easily shred it apart with a fork and it tasted delicious. Anyone can do this, even a kid or someone not experienced with cooking. I can't wait to make soups, stews and try out even more recipes. The possibilities are endless.

My new favourite !
I received this crockpot a few weeks ago and can't say enough great things about it! I have made a few of our favourite recipes in this new crockpot and it has been wonderful! I just love the choice of crock size depending on what I am preparing, or for how many people! I also love the timer feature and the easy to read screen (my old machine simply had an on or off button).The push buttons are very easy to figure out and to use. While I haven't yet used the smaller size insert I am very excited to use it soon for making dips. I have thoroughly enjoyed using this crockpot and recommend it to anyone shopping for one!

Love the Options, just work on the rattle..
Got this 8 months ago as a gift. Love it, works well and enjoy the size options. It began to have a rattling noise inside the base as if there was a loose piece/parts. Looking on line, this has happened to others as screws inside the handles eventually come off inside the base. Does not affect its use and handles continue to feel secure. Phoned Customer service as I hate to leave this on all day and thought a product should last more than a few months. They are sending me a replacement and shipping labels just to return the defective one. Amazing customer service, thank you!! Would recommend this unit only if they can fix this known issue.

This crock pot doesn't lastissue
I purchased this on November 20, 2019 and I have only used it maybe 3 times. I tried to use it this Christmas 2020 and I noticed that it stays on high even thought i set it to the low setting. This time the base started rattling like something inside has come loose. It sounds like maybe 3 or 4 things have come loose inside the base. It has never been dropped and has only been used 3 times. I purchased it with my Visa and can't find the original bill so I don't know if i can get a replacement or not. It was purchased at Bed, Bath & Beyond in Stone Creek, Ontario and I'm sure without my bill i am out of luck & stuck with a Crock pot that doesn't work. I am so disappointed .
