Lamb with Orange Marinade
Ingredients:
8 lamb chops 2 tsp vegetable oil 1/4 cup white wine 1/2 cup orange juice 1/2 tsp oregano 4 cloves garlic 1 orange (for garnish) Salt and pepper 1 bay leaf
Directions:
In skillet, brown lamb in oil, drain well. Thoroughly combine wine, orange juice, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, and bay leaf. Brush browned lamb with mixture and place in stoneware. Cover and cook on Low 6-8 hours, or High 4 hours. If desired, garnish with orange slices.
