Rated 5 out of 5 by Ladybird58 from Best Lil Crock!!!! I bought this to carry food to work. I work 3rd shift and it is hard to find something to eat in the middle of the night. Also being diabetic it is imprtant that I eat regularly. I saw this at the store at the VA hospital and started to buy it then and didn't. I regretted not getting this little crock so I went on line and found it and ordered it and 2 extra containers. Have not regretted it for a minute. I fix my supper before I go to bed everyday and just grab it on my way out the door at night. This has also been a wonder on my budget cause I am no longer having to stop and pick up something to eat on my way into work at night.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Rosie11 from Perfect size for lunch I have warmed soups, stews and casseroles in this for lunch and it's just the right temperature for all of them. The food has been great no matter how long it was plugged in. I put frozen vegies with cooked rice and chicken and everything was warmed perfectly. The seal on the inner lid is great, even soups don't spill when carrying them. I put the food in the serving bowl the night before, put it in the fridge, and put it in the crock-pot in the morning. Can you tell it's my new favorite lunch box? I love that I don't have to use a microwave and the container doesn't leach any chemicals into my food like plastic would.

Rated 5 out of 5 by LouAnne from Versatile and Economical My Crock-Pot® Lunch Crock® Food Warmer is so versatile. I love to think up new ways I can use it for lunch at work. It is great for heating up foods such as goulash, chili, stews and soups. Yesterday I used it for heating up a hot dog in water (I cut the hot dog, and roll, in half). Today I am heating up a small pot pie I baked last night. It is so easy to just put in your food, check on it and stir it once in a while, and by lunchtime, it is hot! I used to buy my lunch every day at work which got very expensive. Since I got my Lunch Crock I have saved so much money! It is a great value to me! Rated 5 out of 5 by steviehill from WOW! I just bought this to use at work. It's either bring my lunch or eat hamburgers at work every day. YUCK! Today I brought leftover spaghetti in my cute lil purple crockpot. I had filled the inner container last night and put it in the fridge. Today I pulled it out, placed it in the outer container, and carried it to work. I got to work, placed it on the base and turned it on. Four hours later was the test. What I got was HOT pasta that stayed hot for my entire lunch! It's so much better than a microwave. With those, your food cools off so fast you have to continually reheat. The Lunch Crock is PERFECT! Yes, I would definitely recommend it. BEST...LUNCH...CONTAINER..EVER!

Rated 5 out of 5 by ALF90 from Love It, Many others want mine!!!! My husband bought me the lunch crockpot a few months ago to use at my two jobs. I love it!!!! When I get to school in the morning I plug it in and my lunch is ready for me, with out having to wait my turn for the microwave. At my part time job, I have 15 minutes to eat my supper. I sometimes bring soup in my lunch crockpot and don't have to waist part of my 15 minutes to heat it up. Many other staff at my school love my crockpot and want one of their own, one has already ordered hers. I just wish I could get a second insert and cover for those days that I want to use it twice between the two jobs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BrosA from This has been great! My husband works construction and very rarely has access to a microwave. He was getting sick of sandwiches every day and started to resorting to fast food way too much. I saw this at a store and figured it'd be worth a try. He is loving it! Every leftover we have put in it so far has worked. We've done chili, stew, spaghetti, leftover hamburger patties, taco meat, chicken pot pie and more. We've also put hot dogs and brats in...you just have to bend them slightly to form the container. I just bought three more of the food container inserts, so we for sure always have an extra one or two clean...even when he has to pack for lunch and dinner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anner from Love, love, love! I bought this when we were in the middle of a cold snap so I could bring hot meals to work for lunch. This works as promised, my meal was nice and hot. I did not have any problem removing the inside tin from the outer part due to it being too hot. If anything the stew was very hot. My only complaint is with the instructions. I wish they would have noted approximate times this takes to heat up different dishes. I don't think I needed 3 hours for it to heat up the stew. I would suggest a redesign of the inside lid. When I try to pull it off I am worried the bowl and lid will go flying.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from slight problem with the lid I recently purchased this and was so excited to have it. One thing I was worried about was the lid that fits in the insert. It was so tight I was afraid of it being hard to get off with the hot food. As it turned out, no problem at all. The problem came after. Since I have used it, that lid doesn't fit tight anymore. This morning I put tomato soup in the container, put the lid on and was on my way. The bag tipped over and the soup leaked through the not so tight lid. Now, not only do I have a soupy mess to clean up, I also have to buy my lunch, which was one of the advantages I was hoping to avoid with this. I'm still trying to figure out how to deal with this, as now I am quite frustrated with it.
