Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product for small tasks I use my Little Dipper to keep gravy warm at every holiday and it never burns it! I have a cute little stainless steel laddle that fits it perfect. I also end up bringing out my 1.5 qt, 4 qt. and 6 qt to help keep the side dishes warm after they are prepared.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Single Servings This little dipper is perfect for prepared single servings. As a widow, I cook large meals. I divide the meals into 8 oz Pyrex custard cups and freeze. When ready to eat, these custard cups are placed upside down on top of crock pot. In approximately three hours, a hot meal is ready to eat.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Need Options This is great for the first 1/2 hour or so, but then the contents get too hot because there's not an option for a low/warm/off setting. Would be very helpful since the volume begins to diminish but the heat stays the same, making it seem even hotter than it was when still full of dip or whatever. Eager to see an updated version at some point!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Needs a lid and temp control A lid is no longer supplied with this. The manufacturer states it does not need a lid to maintain temp. But the lid is not about temperature, its about keeping stuff out of the crock and your food while it sits. Also gets too hot, temp control would be nice.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Gets way too hot ~ Burns Dips I have owned this for a few years now. Every time I try to use it I am reminded why I don’t use it. It gets way too hot and burns whatever dip you are attempting to keep warm. Actually crusts on the edges and burns the bottom. It’s pretty useless!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from disapointed I used it for the first time today to keep my dip "warm", instead, it made it so hot, no one could eat it right up the warmer, no way to keep it warm, it stuck to the bottom. Then, how to wash it? Oh well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the Little Dipper My Little Dipper came with my Crock Pot. I’ve had it for years and just decided to use it. Kept my dip warm at Super Bowl party. Started to bubble up at some point. I just unplugged it and dip stayed warm. It came with the plastic lid. Worked great to keep dip covered.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No thank you The little dipper was included with the large crock pot that I bought. I'm not even interested in using it since the bowl is not removable from the heating unit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must to have for herbal infused oils I love my Little Dipper so much, that I got a second one. I use it for herbal infused oils, for example calendula oil to make my own Herbal creams. Also very handy to prepare some meal for single person, yes, I make my single serving of stew in it, works to perfection. I heat my leftovers and soups in it. Handy gadget for singles. Refuse to live without.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good stuff. I bought a relatively small crock pot and to my surprise, the little dipper came packaged with it. It’s pretty good for heating up cans of soup or other misc. small things. I wish it was a little bit bigger but I really can’t complain, very satisfied. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Make own potpourri I bought one of these and I love it. I use it to make my house smell divine. I put water, cinnamon sticks, cloves and ginger just keep adding water when it gets down. Don't leave it on when u leave the house for an extended period of time. Also you can look up how to make your own scents. But yes I love mine!
