Rated 2 out of 5 by Rhondak64 from Lid doesn't fit properly There is a very large gap between the lid & the stoneware. This isn't a problem when making something that has a lot of liquid. But some of the recipes I make have very little liquid & the result is very dry & hard due to moisture escaping through the gap. If you get this model check to make sure the lid fits the stoneware tightly, if not take it back.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Catmacd from Just ok.... I have had a crock pot for many years - but unfortunately I broke the stoneware on my own last year and I have been impatiently waiting to see if a replacement would become available. It was programmable and I loved it! I have just received this model as a gift and I can't believe the difference between the two crock pots. The lid on this model does not fit properly at all. I actually went back to the box to check and see if I had torn the black rubber portion off the lid that would make it fit properly. As well, I found the base not sturdy, I felt it would be able to tip easily. While I will use this model, I would still like a replacement stoneware for my previous model. One can only hope it becomes available at some point!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by noregrets from I love the size of this cooker!! Use it tons and no problems. Only thing is every time i pull it out i have to think is high I or II. wish it said low and high instead. For the price its a good solid and basic unit.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Brie from Big Disappointment I purchased this model as my first slow cooker, as Crock-Pot was a brand my mom always used. The size is great, and it works well, but like others said, the lid is a poor fit. Additionally, I have only made three meals in it before a very obvious and ominous crack has showed up along the bottom of the stoneware. Today I'm cooking one last meal in it before throwing it out, as unfortunately, there's no replacement insert for the model.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kerryann from Best slow cooker ever I use this every chance I get! I have hauled it to more pot lucks and used it for numerous family gatherings. It is my go-to cooker for many things. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by ChefV from Very useful size & shape, good value This one is a great size & shape for poaching chicken, but I have used it for many other things as well. I have used it frequently for several years, and although the liner is stained it still works fine.

Rated 4 out of 5 by BillieNorm from Wish it had better instructions. There are little vertical lines. This was a gift so I didn't get the original instructions. I don't know which is Lo, and which is Hi. Help?
