Hi, I received this one as a gift for Christmas. The first time I used it, it worked great, the meal was delicious and cooked to prefection. Amonth later it would only heat up to 180 C. this did not cook the vegetables or meat. It was hot but didn't cook. Any suggestions? I do not have a receipt so may not be able to return to local Wal-Mart and after the delay in time this is also a return factor.

Perfect for a family of 4I bought this pot because I already have a 6 quart one and wanted one a bit smaller. I love the timer function - (half hourly increments) - then automatically switches to warm when the time is up. Perfect for my family of four, I've even taken it camping and used it in the trailer!

Very disappointedI had a moulinex one before but I broke the lid. This one cooks unevenly, the right of my dish would be burned but the left is ok. Moreover, it’s too high, even on low cooking mode
