Rated 5 out of 5 by daisy from Love this product! It's perfect I am part of a group that makes food every week for well over a hundred young people at our church, so this product makes it so easy to cook and bring stews, soups, chili's etc -- the locking lid is indispensable.....I don't have to worry about the food spilling on the car ride to church -- the little dipper is a nice extra too -- can't wait to try it out

Rated 5 out of 5 by CrockPotMomma from I love my Crock-Pot! I purchased this stainless steel Crock-Pot over a month ago, and now I understand why everyone who has one loves it. I've now made ribs that consistently fall off the bone, and pulled pork was a breeze to make in it. I just wish there were more recipes included in the manual!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Alice_2 from Display Screen I love my Crock Pot. I use very often. Unfortunately, the display screen not working. I can see part numbers but i do not know for how long i set my timer. I don't want to replace the whole unit. Please advise if a replacement part is available.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Nicki28 from Cracked Ceramic I absolutely love my Crock Pot, and have had this model for many years. Unfortunately, the ceramic now has a crack from one end to the other and doesn't distribute the heat evenly anymore. I have looked for ways of finding a replacement and had no luck. I don't want to replace the whole unit. Please advise if a replacement ceramic insert is an option for my 6qt Cook & Carry.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Alisonob from Aweful! Bought this crock pot, went to securely lock the lid, with the locks, and right away it broke. So we took it back and got another one. First try with the repleacement, and it did the exact same thing. Can't use the crock pot with these broken off as there is then holes in the lid. Not happy at all.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Linda PB from Hole in the lid I just purchased this model and see that the lid has a hole in it. I'm concerned that the steam will escape and evaporate the liquid. There must be a purpose for this hole, but I can't figure it out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Toby from doesn't boil? I just got this model and tried to make home-made soup. Had the unit on high for 5 hours and it never boiled the water. It got hot but wouldn't simmer. Is there something wrong?
