Rated 3 out of 5 by from KEEP WARM A GOOD IDEA I've had a few crockpots over the years, nothing lasts forever. After about five years, the crock cracked on me, so I'm reflecting as I search for a new one. The keep warm feature is a good idea, but I found that this model tended to cook too hot if you were out for the day, even on low with the kick-over to the warm setting. Roast pork, the crockpot's dream meat, dried out, so beef was out of the question unless I was home for the day. The size was really handy, not too big, not too small for a chicken. Overall it was okay, but didn't compare to the pots of old. (90's).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from i am on my third crockpot. and i have never experience any problems like the other reviewers. i actually just bought another on because it was a really good price. but the one i have is still in working order. it has a big dent in it the hinge is gone. but it still cooks everything perfectly. I have even left it on the warm cycle for over 2 days and all it did was keep the food warm it didnt dry out at all. Just use it right and it is really the only thing you need for the family on the go. put your meat and veggies + taters in it at 6am and set it for ten hours and when you get home dinner is perfect. Just remember it is a slow cooker and put some liquid in it for moisture!!!!! mind you i should say that i am a qualified professional (chef) and i know how to use the things i buy!!!! lol

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cooks Too Hot, Stoneware Cracked This cooker has been used roughly ten times. It cooks far too hot and must be babysat as to not have food overcooked and dried out. The stoneware has now cracked due to excessive heat, even on the low setting. I liked the size of the cooker and figured it would be good as its a Crock-Pot. Unfortunately I was wrong. I cannot recommend this product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cooks hot Found this unit to cook too hot every time. Had to turn it to the "warm" function at least an hour early on each cooking time which sort of defeats the purpose of having a crock pot cooking while I'm at work. Had it for less than a year before the pot cracked.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Stopped working We assume the electricity went out a few seconds and the power button keep blinking. I tried the reset (held bout button 20 to 40 seconds). It's still not working. I wouldn't expect such an item to be so fragile.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I loved this crock pot...... Ive had this crockpot for years now, and its worked great. Ive used it fairly religiously (at least weekly), and its held up through the years. The only reason Im leaving it such a poor rating is that there are no replacement parts for it. I have a perfectly good working crock pot, but the lid is broken, and as you can see, there are no replacement parts for this model :-(

Rated 2 out of 5 by from CERAMIC CRACKED AFTER 2 YRS, NO REPLACEMENT PARTS Cooked okay, and has good timer features. Unfortunately, the ceramic pot cracked after less than two years of use. Can't find a replacement part unfortunately, does not seem to available from this website. Now I'm stuck with a piece of junk waiting for parts. To replace my cooking needs, I've bought a plug-in pressure cooker with a stainless steel pot that will never crack instead.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disapointing :( I bought this crock pot 3 months ago and am not very happy with it. I've tried cooking multiple recipes written for this crock pot to cook four 8 hours on low and non of them come out fully cooked in the end. I've tried many times but am always disappointed. I'm forced to finish cooking my food with other methods. I'm about ready to give up on it and try a new brand.
