
Pulled Pork

Time on High: 2 to 3 hours Time on Low: 8 to 10 hours It's semi home made, and easy. We love pulled pork, but I never get the change to do it on the grill. So why can't i do it in my Crock-Pot®? It's actually easier :)
Ingredients
5 to 8 pounds pork Shoulder or any part you like
2 Yellow onion (thin sliced)
2 Cup Apple Juices
1 Cup Brown sugar
3 Clove of garlic
1 Tablespoon of salt
1 Tablespoon of pepper
1/2 Cup of red wine (optional)
1 Cup of beef broth
2 Tbs of veggie oil or butter
2 Cup of Home made BBQ Sauce ( recipe bellow)
BBQ Sauce:
1 Can store bought roasted jalapeno in adobo sauce
1 Can store bought tomatoes sause
1 Cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon of salt, or to your taste
2 Tablespoons rice vinegar
1 Tablespoon apple wood BBQ rub
Mix all together cook in medium heat until it boils, then shimmer for 15 minutes
Instructions
First step:
Brown the pork on the skillet using the butter/ oil in medium heat
Second step:
Mix all the the dry ingredients and the liquid, except the onion
Third step:
Place the onion in the bottom of the Crock-Pot® and pour half of the mixed ingredient in to the pot. Then place the pork into the Crock-Pot® as soon as it browns all around. Then pour the rest on top of the pork slowly and cover. Set on high first then low for over night
