
Pork Tenderloin Chili

Time on High: 30 minutes Time on Low: 3 to 4 hours Pork tenderloin left over from a previous meal, with a grouping of Mexican flavored ingredients and topped with fresh California Avocados, cheese, onions, and cilantro. A delightful pairing of flavors together create a perfect chili for any meal time.
Ingredients
left over pork loin or whatever meat you have left over
1 Large can of black beans
1 Large can of pinto beans
1 Large can of whole tomatoes
2 to 4 ounce can of diced green chilies
1 Package taco seasoning mix
*for more heat use 2 oz. of Jalapenos
Instructions
In a Crock-Pot®, dump all the ingredients (Include juice from beans and tomatoes). Cook on high for 30 minutes and on low for about 3 to 4 hours.
It's excellent served with grated cheese, onions (green, red, Spanish whatever you have), cilantro, avocado. We also had flour tortillas cooked over the gas burner and Fritos on the table. Everyone loved it! It's so easy try it!
