Death by Dairy Mac & Cheese
Time on High: 1 -2 Hour Time on Low: 4 to 6 Hours A creamy explosion of all things cheese and mac! simple yet delicious.
16 Ounces elbow noodles
16 Ounce sharp cheddar cheese
6 Cup milk
4 Tablespoons butter
1 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 Pint (16 Ounces) heavy whipping cream
Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour elbow noodles in Crock-Pot®, cube all of the sharp cheese and put in the Crock-Pot®. Pour the 6 cups of milk over the top. Add the 4 Tablespoons of butter and salt and pepper to taste. Cook on high for one to two hours.
After one hour turn down to low heat, mix and cook for 4 hours on low. About 15 minutes before eating add the mozzarella cheese and heavy whipping cream and mix.
