1 Pork Shoulder (5 pounds)

2 to 8 Ounce Cans of any Cola of your choice

1 Packet of Poultry/Pork Seasoning

Potato Rolls..or your fave rolls! (not shown)

Cole Slaw

Thinly sliced Onions

For the Cola Sauce:

All of the Cola and Pork drippings from the Crock-Pot®

1 Tablespoon Ketchup

1 Tablespoon Chili Powder

1 Tablespoon Steak Sauce

1 Tablespoon Corn Starch

Salt and Pepper to taste

Add the 2 cans of Cola and the seasoning packet into the Crock-Pot®. Stir just to combine.

Set the Crock-Pot® to meet your timing needs, and gently place the Pork Shoulder down into the seasoned liquid.

The Pork is fully cooked & ready to be shredded when it's tender and falls apart easily! With two forks, shred it all up..set aside.

Transfer all of the Crock-Pot® juices into a medium sauce pot, add in the ketchup, chili powder, steak sauce, corn starch, salt, and pepper. Simmer, and occasionally stirring them until the sauce is a dark amber color & super thick.

Coat the pulled pork in the some of the thick sauce and build a nice, big sandwich. Add some of the Cole Slaw and Onions onto your favorite Rolls, pile that Pork high, and enjoy the most succulent pulled pork you'll ever have! All ready and waiting for you when you get home!

Due to gradual and even heating of a slow cooker, recipes featured on this site can be cooked in a range of slow cooker sizes. Most recipes can be accommodated in a slow cooker that is either one quart smaller or one quart larger than specified. If using a smaller sized slow cooker, please use caution when preparing your meal to prevent over filling. For smaller sauces and dips that call for 3 quarts or less, it is not recommended to alter the unit size. Crock-Pot® is a registered trademark and should not be used generically when referring to a ‘slow cooker’ within the recipes.
