Ingredients

Boneless leg of lamb

Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon garlic
1 Teaspoon thyme
1 Teaspoon rosemary
1 Teaspoon sage
1 stick of butter
1/2 Cup good red wine

Instructions

Rub seasons and herbs on leg
Pour wine over the top
Lay stick of butter on top
