Ingredients

3 Chicken breasts cut into strips
1 Bell pepper sliced into strips
1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
1/2 Tablespoon crushed red pepper
3 Tablespoons honey
1 Container chicken stock, or homemade if you like
1 Container baby portabella mushrooms
1 Cup orange juice

Instructions

Roast the peppers in the oven for 20 minutes and then add everything into the Crock-Pot® slow cooker and cook for 1 hour. About half an hour in the Crock-Pot® slow cooker stir everything around. After one hour on high, switch it to low and let simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. After it finishes getting all sweet and sticky, add the mixture atop either grits or rice, sprinkling it with sesame seeds. Garnish with fresh garden peppers.
