Time on High: 4 hours Time on Low: 6 hours Nothing goes better on a cold night like Crock-Pot® slow cooker chilli over creamy, hot mash potatoes!

Ingredients

Chilli

2 Pounds ground beef, browned
46 Ounce can tomato juice
29 Ounce can tomato sauce
15 Ounce can kidney beans, use juice as well
15 Ounce can pinto beans, use juice as well
1 Cup chopped onion
2 Green chili's diced up
2 Stalks celery, finely chopped
2 Medium sized tomatoes
1 Teaspoon ground black pepper
1 Teaspoon salt
1 1/2 Teaspoons ground cumin
3 Tablespoons chili powder
1 1/2 Cups of water

Potatoes

3 Large baking potatoes (Peel, Boil until fork tender and mash)
1/2 Cup milk
1 Stick butter
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon mayo

Instructions

First, brown and strain your hamburger meat.
In the Crock-Pot® slow cooker, add all Chilli ingredients.
Add hamburger meat and stir together well.

Cover; cook on High for 4 hours or on Low for 6 hours.

Make your mashed potatoes about 30 minutes before you are ready to eat.

Put your mashed potatoes in a bowl and cover with a ladle full of the awesome chili!
You can top with cheese and onions, if desired! Its seriously amazing!
