Smothered Pork Chops
Time on Low: 4 to 6 Hours Time on High: 3 to 4 Hours This is another go to comfort recipe. It is one of those recipes that you can just throw everything in the Crock-Pot® before you leave for work and it will be ready when you get home. 8 Pounds of bone in pork chops seasoned with salt & pepper
1/2 Onion, chopped
5 Garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 Cup of chopped veggie blend
2 Tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 Pack pork gravy
1 Pack onion & mushroom dry soup mix
1 Can of cream of mushroom soup
3 Cups of water
Place your washed and seasoned pork chops in the Crock-Pot® slow cooker
Add your onion, garlic, and veggies
Add Italian seasoning
In a large bowl, combine water, cream of mushroom, gravy mix, and soup mix.
Pour the mixture over your pork chops and set your Crock-Pot® slow cooker to low for 4 to 6 hours. It can sit on warm until you get home.
