Time on High: 6 to 8 Hours Time on Low: 8 to 10 Hours The Beef Back Ribs are served over Rice, with the juices of the beef cooking 8 to 10 hours. The ribs will fall off the bone and remember if you are smacking your lips after you know it was made with Love.
Ingredients
2 to 4 Pounds beef back ribs
1 Packet of onion soup
1 Cup of water
2 Tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 Cup of frozen peas
2 Tablespoon of minced garlic
1 Cup of white mushrooms sliced (optional)
1 Teaspoons of salt and pepper, to taste
1 1/2 Cups of white rice or brown rice
Instructions
Cut Beef Back Ribs into individual pieces and place in Crock-Pot® slow cooker, sprinkle salt and minced garlic on the pieces of beef. Put frozen peas in. Then mix onion soup and water. Then pour onto beef back ribs. Then take the worcestershire sauce and pour on top of ribs. When serving you put on top of Rice.
