Poor Mans Beef Stroganoff

Time on Low: 6 to 8 hours It's a very creamy cheesy Beef Stroganoff that a little goes a long ways.


1 pound ground beef
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 Pinch of salt and pepper
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1 Cup of milk
2 Tablespoon of butter
1/2 Block of Velveeta Cheese cubed
4 Ounce of cream cheese
10 Ounce of cooked bowtie pasta


Brown 1 Pound of ground beef. Season with your salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Drain grease, and add to Crock-Pot® slow cooker. Stir in 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 Cup of milk and 2 Tablespoons of butter mix til smooth. Then add 1/2 block of Velveeta cubed to Crock-Pot® slow cooker and simmer on Low for 6 to 8 hours. (You can add more milk or sour cream if too thick) Before serving mix in 3 Ounce cubed cream cheese and 10 Ounce cooked Bowtie Pasta.
