White Bean Chicken Chili
Time on High: 5 hours Time on Low: 8 hours Perfect Crock-Pot® slow cooker recipe for a crowd or to take to a get together.
5 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 Cans white kidney beans
1 Jar green salsa
1/4 Cup water or chicken broth
2 Packages taco seasoning (mild or spicy your choice)
1 Can chopped tomatoes with garlic and basil
Poach chicken and place in Crock-Pot® slow cooker with 1/4 cup water or chicken broth,.
Place on for High 2 hours or 4 hours on Low, or until cooked.
Drain, cool and shred chicken.
Add taco seasoning reducing water to 1/2 (according to package directions) mix.
Add all ingredients to Crock-Pot® slow cooker.
Cook on High for 3 hours or Low for 4 hours.
Garnish with sour cream and grated cheddar cheese.
