
Italian Style Roast

Time on High: 4 to 5 hours Time on Low: 8 to 10 hours From my family to yours!
Ingredients
4 Pounds chuck roast
12 Ounces tomato paste, canned
4 Teaspoons garlic, minced
2 Envelopes dry onion soup mix
1 Tablespoon fresh oregano
1 Tablespoon fresh thyme
2 Teaspoons salt
2 Teaspoons black pepper
32 Ounces diced tomatoes, canned
2 Onions, chopped
4 Carrots, chopped
2 Potatoes, chopped
2 Stalks celery, sliced
4 Bay leaves
Noodles
Instructions
Mix together all ingredients except roast.
Place roast in the Crock-Pot®slow cooker. Add soup mixture.
Cover; cook on Low 8 to 10 hours or on High 4 to 5 hours.
Remove bay leaves before serving.
Serve over pasta.
