Time on High: 4 to 5 hours Time on Low: 8 to 10 hours My husband loves this recipe and the fact that it is so simple to make is even better! The steak always comes out so juicy and tender. I don't know what I would do without my Crock-Pot® slow cooker.

2 1/2 Pounds round steak, cut into strips about ½-inch thick
1/4 Cup flour
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon pepper
1 Onion, chopped
1 Teaspoon garlic, minced
1 Green pepper, sliced
1 Red pepper, sliced
16 Ounces whole tomatoes
1 Tablespoon beef bouillon
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
2 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Rice, cooked

Toss steak in mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
Add steak, onion, garlic and half of sliced peppers to Crock-Pot® slow cooker.
Mix together beef bouillon, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce in separate bowl.
Pour into the Crock-Pot® slow cooker.
Cover; cook on Low 8 to 10 hours or on High 4 to 6 hours
Stir in remaining peppers during the last hour.
Serve over cooked rice.

Due to gradual and even heating of a slow cooker, recipes featured on this site can be cooked in a range of slow cooker sizes. Most recipes can be accommodated in a slow cooker that is either one quart smaller or one quart larger than specified. If using a smaller sized slow cooker, please use caution when preparing your meal to prevent over filling. For smaller sauces and dips that call for 3 quarts or less, it is not recommended to alter the unit size. Crock-Pot® is a registered trademark and should not be used generically when referring to a ‘slow cooker’ within the recipes.
