15.5 Ounce can light kidney bean
1 Pound ground chuck or beef
1 Pound sausage
28 Ounces tomato puree
14.5 Ounces diced tomatoes
15.5 Ounces tomato sauce
8 Ounces tomato paste
1 Teaspoon kosher salt
1 Teaspoon pepper
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
1.25 Ounces chili seasoning mix-mild
1 Medium yellow onion-finely diced
12 Ounces light beer
2.5 Cups water
Brown beef and sausage. Drain well, set aside.
Mix all other ingredients (except kidney beans) in large Crock-Pot® Slow Cooker.
Cover; cook on Low for 3 hours or 1 hour and 30 minutes on High.
Add kidney beans during last 30 minutes of cooking.
Serve with cheddar cheese, sour cream, crackers, and enjoy!
