Ingredients:
○ 1 ½ lbs. chicken breasts, chopped
○ ½ white onion, chopped
○ 1 red bell pepper, chopped
○ 1 cup black beans, drained
○ 1 cup frozen corn, drained
○ 4 oz. green chilies
○ 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
○ juice of two limes
○ 3 cloves of garlic, minced
○ 1 cup cilantro, chopped
○ 2 tsps. cumin
Instructions
1) Place all contents into your Crock-Pot® slow cookers.
2) Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours, or on high for 4 hours.
3) Serve on top of tortillas for tacos, or with rice. If desired, garnish with extra lime or cilantro. Enjoy!
