
Vegetable Curry

Time on High: 4 to 6 hours Time on Low: 8 to 10 hours
Ingredients
4 Potatoes, diced
1 Onion, chopped
1 Red pepper, chopped
2 Carrots, diced
2 Tomatoes, chopped
6 Ounces tomato paste
3/4 Cup water
2 Teaspoons cumin seeds
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 Teaspoon salt
3 Cups cauliflower
Instructions
Place potatoes, onions, pepper, carrots, and tomatoes in Crock-Pot® slow cooker.
Stir in tomato paste, water, powder, cumin seeds, garlic powder, and salt.
Stir and add cauliflower.
Cook on Low 8 to 10 hours.
Stir in peas before serving.
