Alfredo Green Beans with Pancetta
Time on High: 3 to 4 hours Time on Low: 4 to 6 hours
28 Ounces frozen, cut green beans
6 Ounces pancetta, crisped in the microwave and chopped
1 Cup roasted red bell peppers, finely chopped
10 Ounces cheesy Alfredo sauce
1/2 Teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 1/2 Ounces French fried onions
In the Crock-Pot® slow cooker, place the green beans, crispy pancetta, chopped peppers, alfredo sauce, and black pepper, mixing well to combine.
Cover; cook on High 3 to 4 hours, stirring once after 1 hour.
Just before serving, add the fried onions.
