Sit back and enjoy a warm glass of spiced cherry cider as you unwind after a day on slopes.

Ingredients

4 quarts (16 cups) apple cider
2 cinnamon sticks
2 packages cherry gelatin
1 cup cherry brandy (optional)
Whipping cream and chocolate shavings for serving (optional)

Instructions

Combine cider and cinnamon in the slow cooker and cook on high for 3 hours.
Mix in cherry gelatin and cook for an additional hour. Add brandy if using, strain and serve hot with a side of whipping cream and chocolate shavings.

Tip: Eliminate the cherry gelatin and enjoy mulled apple cider instead.
