• ½ cup water
• 1 teaspoon vinegar
• ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
• ⅓ cup sugar
• 3 apples, quartered and cored
• 1-inch square piece of lemon rind


1. Put the water, vinegar, sugar, lemon rind, spices in the glass container
2. Cover and run at Hi Speed until lemon rind is finely ground
3. Add 3 or 4 pieces of apple
4. Chop at Hi Speed
5. While running, add remaining apples through feeder cap opening
6. Process until smooth
7. Pour into pan and cook 30 minutes, stirring constantly
8. If not to be used at once, pour into sterilized jar and seal
