Almond Flour is a great Gluten-Free alternative to use in Baked Goods.


• 2 cups of whole almonds


1. Blend 2 cups of whole almonds on high until flour like texture is achieved.
2. Use the tamper to ensure the nuts are forced onto the blade.
3. Store in an airtight container.
