Ingredients
• 1 lb cauliflower
• 1 lb potatos
• 1 cup carrots
• 1 cup frozen green peas
• 2 tbsp nicely cut green bell pepper
• 2 onions
• 3 tomatos
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 2 tsp red chili powder
• ½ tsp turmeric powder
• coriander powder
• 6 tsp pav bhaji masala
• 1 tsp ginger paste
• 4 tbsp tomato puree
• Thai Green Chiles
• For Garnish: Cilantro, Sliced Butter & Diced Red Onion
• Serve with Hawaiian Rolls
Instructions
1. Rinse, peel and chop the veggies; tomato, green pepper, onion, potato, cauliflower, and carrots.
2. Dice garlic.
3. Add all of the ingredients to your Crockpot slow cooker.
4. Slow cook for 8 hrs.
