Time on Low: 9 hours Tasty beef roast with hearty vegetables! Great family dish you can start before work, and come home ready to eat!


Ingredients

1 Rump Roast 3 to 4 Pounds
3 dozen mini carrots
3 cups celery tops pieces approximately 1 to 2 inches long
1 Tablespoon garlic paste
2 Tablespoons malt vinegar
5 medium whole golden potatoes halved or quartered
1/2 cup zesty Italian dressing
1 Teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 large sweet onion sliced & chopped
1/2 Quart chicken or beef stock
1 can any Premium Light beer

Instructions

Pour all liquids into Crock-Pot® slow cooker set on Low.
Add roast, potatoes, celery, carrots, and onions
Followed by garlic paste, salt, pepper, and Italian dressing.
Cover and let cook for 9 hours until roast is tender.
