Time on High: 3 to 4 hours Time on Low: 7 to 9 hours A great chicken recipe that I have been using for years. My family loves it and I love my Crock-Pot® slow cooker for making feeding my family so easy.
3 Chicken breasts
1 Teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
1 Tablespoon onion flakes
1 Green pepper, chopped
1 Teaspoon garlic, minced
15 Ounces whole tomatoes, canned, mashed
4 Ounces sliced mushrooms, canned, drained
2 Teaspoons tomato paste
1 Bay leaf
1/4 Teaspoon thyme
2 Tablespoons pimiento, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
White rice or noodles
Combine ingredients, except for chicken, in Crock-Pot® slow cooker.
Add chicken on top.
Cover; cook on Low 7 to 9 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours
Serve over white rice or noodles.
