East-West Barbecued Chicken
Time on High: 3 to 5 hours Time on Low: 7 to 9 hours Our family loves barbecued chicken on the grill and this recipe in the Crock-Pot® slow cooker is just as good. Plus, it doesn't make a big mess in my kitchen which is always an added bonus.
6 to 8 Chicken breasts, halved, bone-in
1/3 Cup ketchup
1/3 Cup orange marmalade
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 Teaspoon fresh minced ginger
1 Clove garlic, minced
Place chicken in stoneware.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Cover; cook on Low 7 to 9 hours or on High 3 to 5 hours.
