Artichoke Cheese Spread with Flatbread
Time on High: 1 to 2 hours Time on Low: 2 to 3 hours
1 Pound mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 Cup mayonnaise
1 Cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 Red pepper, seeded and finely chopped
2 Cloves garlic, minced
8 Pieces flatbread
Place all of the ingredients except the flatbread in the Crock-Pot® stoneware and mix thoroughly. Cover and cook on High for 2 to 3 hours.
Mix again and turn the heat to Warm.
Serve the cheese spread in the Crock-Pot® stoneware. Pass pieces of the flatbread to each guest.
