Great time saver!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance is a great time saver! I have used it about 4 times with no problems. I was intimidated at first but once I used it the first time I realized how easy it was to use. I love being able to sautee in the cooker without having to dirty a second pot. On hot days this is a great way to avoid having to stand over the stove or turn on the oven. My only complaints would be that it's a little hard to find recipes online specifically for this appliance and I do wish this appliance had a manual setting. I was able to find enough info though to adapt other recipies. I would definitely recommend this product.

BEST CROCK POT
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love thos product. I have to say this is my first time using a pressure cooker, and it is easier than I could have imagined. I love that this is a 2 for 1, slow cooker and pressure cooker. I hate having so many appliances and this cuts down on them. The design is modern and updated, easy to clean, and very user friendly. My kids figured out how to use it just by looking at it, love the ease of use. My favorite function is picking the type of food you are cooking l, helps set an accurate time. I will continue to use this crock pot weekly since it has simplified my life!!!

Love it!
I have limited mobility and cannot stand long enough to prepare food on the stove. I've used this twice now and was able to prepare the meals completely in the one pot. It sauteed vegetables, browned ground beef, and seared meat all in one pot on my dining table, so I could remain seated. First meals I have prepared in several years. The inside cooking pot is extremely light weight, and very easy to clean. The outside does not get nearly as hot as my traditional Crock Pot, so nothing around or under it around it gets hot. I do put a large hot pad under it as a precaution. I first used a recipe from the enclosed book, but then adapted another recipe with no problem. Absolutely love this.

you don't need the frustration.
My Husband bought this for me thinking that he could replace my old pressure cooker that he feared would one day explode. Well, after many attempts to get it right, I declared this item a true piece of junk. No matter how I did things - searching online for a fix - calling in for help - the pressure cooker on it just gives error message after error message. I have never been more frustrated with an appliance. You get all your food ready to go and wait for it to seal and cook and minutes later nothing happens. It will not get past the error. It simply will not work. I will buy another pressure cooker. Never again for this.

So glad I got this and not the Instapot!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved this as a Christmas present and at 1st was a little bummed it was not the advertised Instapot everyone is talking about but I am beyond happy with my gift! I just opened my "crockpot" and was at first overwhelmed by what I thought was complex instructions on how to use. I was wrong! With a little YouTube help from people using the unit and the enormous positive reviews, coupled with the fact I made 24 amazing frozen chicken drumsticks in less than 2 hrs. I am amazed and extremely happy with my gift. Crockpot has never failed me in the past and I feel bad for questioning it against the Instapot. You absolutely will not be disappointed! I am so excited! And a plus so far is absolutely nothing sticks! Thank you Crockpot!

Many awesome features!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best crock pot I have ever owned and now one of my favorite kitchen appliances. It is the perfect size and has so many features that I can use it for just about anything. It is very simple to use and has a digital screen that clearly displays the current settings. The interior bowl is lightweight and has markers so you don't overfill. I can't say enough about all the different features and all the great uses you can get out of them. It makes weekday cooking so much easier and worry free.

The recipes
I really like my crock pot express but......if you want to pressure cook a whole chicken or cook regular potatoes, no where in the book or the recipe book it tells you how long. No button for potatoes so I called my daughter who has the express cooker and asked her how long. I bought the book Crock Pot Express 500 thinking there would be recipes in it for the pressure cooker, but its all for the slow cooker part. Ya'll need to really print a book for both functions. If you do have for both please let me know where to find the book.

Perfect for Tiny House Living!
I've now been using my 6 qt Express Crock for about 6 months and LOVE it. I cook most of my meals in it, most of them express, but some slow cooking. I gave my Crock Pot slow cooker to my daughter and use this one exclusively now. Living in a tiny house, space is limited. The size of this Express cooker fits perfectly on my counter. Food tastes great! Pork, Beef and Chicken falling off the bone after just 35-45 minutes of cooking (less for chicken!). Would very much recommend.
