Poor Fitting Lid
After having used a 6-quart Crockpot for years, I recently downsized to this one. I have to say, I'm incredibly disappointed in the quality. The lid (unlike what is shown in the picture) is far too small for the pot! Additionally, there are divots manufactured into the lip of the insert, which the lid does not cover. Be warned - if you expect to leave whatever you're cooking unattended, the liquid may cook off.

Perfect Size Crock Pot
As empty nesters, this crock pot is the perfect size when cooking for two. So simple, yet gets the job done extremely well. Plus I love the yellow daisy flowers on it!

Had to replace an old friend....
After more than 20 years use, I sadly had to replace my original 2.5 qt crockpot. The original lid split in two, so I came here to find a replacement. I was concerned that a new style crockpot wouldn't be as good as the original, but I needn't worry, it was better! With a removable crock and glass top the new version has been as reliable and efficient as the original. Hope I get as many years out of the new one as the old.

Great size and so cheerful!
Needed to replace same size older pot. Unable to get this one in the US, so on a recent short vacation to Vancouver Island, ordered ahead & picked up in a local Home Hardware there. Pot is a wonderful small size, great for making applesauce, marinara sauce, or small batches of soup or chili for two people. Doesn't have a "warm" setting as the US ones do, but I've not missed that. The only negative (and this could be the particular one that I purchased) is that the lid does not fit flat on the crock's rim, creating a nearly 1/4" gap depending on position-clearly, the crock is substandard. Glaze on exterior side walls of crock is streaky and quite thin. I debated contacting the company and asking if this is to be expected now? My last one (that this replaced) was quite a bit heavier and well made. Beware of positioning lid so that not too much heat escapes.

This is perfect size for 2 people
It works great for cooking oatmeal on low for about 2 - 3 hrs that's what I have been using it for.

Small, just right for me.

Cute crock-pot just right for cooking for 2 or 3!
I just bought this crockpot for the lake. It worked very well. I had a bit more liquid that was needed; so I spooned some out. I did not find the quick taking of the lid really slowed down the cooking so much. Food was great!!
