Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worse crock pot ever! My pork butt blade roast was so tough. I have never had anything not turn out in a slow cooker. I have bought slow cookers for 50 years. My roast ended up in the garbage.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn’t Cook Same problem as everyone else- it takes forever to cook anything. I have only had one meal cook properly in this crockpot. Never had this issue with other crockpots. I tried all different settings and nothing cooks properly Glad I found this thread - I would expect the company to pull the product but nope still expecting the public to buy a defective product. Shame.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from No instructions on the temperature settings Can you advise what the temperature settings are so that I am correctly knowledgeable. I am guessing and I prefer not to guess. My guess: I = Low, II = High, SSS = Warm. Please confirm. Please ensure the writers of the 7qt Slow Cooker know that they need to add a simple sentence to ensure customers operate properly. Thank you

I've had this slow cooker for a couple months and purchased it because parts were not available for my old, expensive but reliable one. At first I had problem with setting the time. Pushing the hour button made no change. After a lot of online search and re-reading the documentation which came with the machine, I was almost ready to give up. Though I had tried to pushing the button on several spots, it turns out I didn't stray far enough from the center on early attempts. As a last-last attempt, I began pressing all around the button. Eventually I found a spot at the very edge of the hour button that worked. It was the far right side close to the minute button. Several attempts to adjust the hour at this spit showed the spot could be considered reliable. As far as the meal goes, came out great as expected. I like this slow cooker. I do not like the instruction manual. There is no detail and there was obviously no quality control put into it before publishing. However, if there are no issues like the offset button I have, I likely would have just shrugged my shoulders and moved on. As I said earlier, I like the performance on my first use and expect no problems moving forward.
