Rated 4 out of 5 by from A pretty decent outcome after an initial hiccup. I've had this slow cooker for a couple months and purchased it because parts were not available for my old, expensive but reliable one. At first I had problem with setting the time. Pushing the hour button made no change. After a lot of online search and re-reading the documentation which came with the machine, I was almost ready to give up. Though I had tried to pushing the button on several spots, it turns out I didn't stray far enough from the center on early attempts. As a last-last attempt, I began pressing all around the button. Eventually I found a spot at the very edge of the hour button that worked. It was the far right side close to the minute button. Several attempts to adjust the hour at this spit showed the spot could be considered reliable. As far as the meal goes, came out great as expected. I like this slow cooker. I do not like the instruction manual. There is no detail and there was obviously no quality control put into it before publishing. However, if there are no issues like the offset button I have, I likely would have just shrugged my shoulders and moved on. As I said earlier, I like the performance on my first use and expect no problems moving forward.
