Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Working I bought this unit some time ago it is the auto unit / It has worked well ever since I purchased it but today it will not turn on properly the 3 lights flash continually. When I unplug it and plug it in again the same thing once when I tried it a letter showed up for a while I think it was an A or and H I cannot remember for sure? Is the anything that can be done to make it work. It is very frustrating as I have a lasanga in it to cook??

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Missing Operators Manual I bought what I thought was a good product, a 7 quart programable Crock Pot but ether it didn't come with a manual on how to operate the thing or it got lost in the un packing. what I thought would be a simple solution, go on line and download one wasn't that simple. I cant see where they offer a basic operation manual anywhere so for that reason I am giving you a rating of one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn’t Cook Same problem as everyone else- it takes forever to cook anything. I have only had one meal cook properly in this crockpot. Never had this issue with other crockpots. I tried all different settings and nothing cooks properly Glad I found this thread - I would expect the company to pull the product but nope still expecting the public to buy a defective product. Shame.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from No instructions on the temperature settings Can you advise what the temperature settings are so that I am correctly knowledgeable. I am guessing and I prefer not to guess. My guess: I = Low, II = High, SSS = Warm. Please confirm. Please ensure the writers of the 7qt Slow Cooker know that they need to add a simple sentence to ensure customers operate properly. Thank you
