HorribleI was gifted this crockpot for Christmas. I have used it about a handful of times now. Each use I have been extremely disappointed. I tried to cook soup in it. It cooked for 8 hours and wasn't even fully cooked. The broth was luke warm. So I set it to manual on high, and still luke warm after 2 hours. I've tried to cook a roast with it barley cooking. Yesterday I tried to make a stew. I put it on at 10am, end time was 6:15pm. The potatoes and carrots weren't even finished. This crockpot has been a big disappointment. I have experimented with Temps and times with no luck. I am stuck with a dud!

Fonctionnalités très décevantes et difficiles.J’ai acheté cet appareil en août 2023. En remplacement d’une mijoteuse qui a rendu l’âme. Ayant cuisiné avec mijoteuses pendant plusieurs années, je m’attendais à des résultats satisfaisants et j’étais emballée par l’’utilisation de MyTime. Quelle grande déception. TELLEMENT DÉÇUE. J’ai l’impression que je me suis faite avoir par la présentation marketing de ses possibilités. Une compagnie ne devrait pas mettre sur le marché un produit si difficile à programmer et qui donne des résultats imprévisibles. Finalement, je ne l’utilise qu’en fonction manuelle et je regrette tellement mon achat. Vais essayer de la vendre pour la remplacer par une autre marque

Not Happy With This CookerI have had this slow cooker for 6 months and I'm not happy with it. It does not get hot. After 12 hours navy beans are still hard even on high. Potatoes and carrots take more that 10 hours before they are cooked. Hamburger for chilli is still under cooked after several hours.

Great productI was given it as a gist from my brother. I cooked chicken quarters in it and it was the best I ever had. I don’t know why people are saying it doesn’t get hot because it worked wonderfully for me

Terrible. Doesn't get hotI just bought this thing and it won't get hot. Had ribs in there all day on high and they are not even close to being ready. It will not bring liquid to a bubble even.

Only used onceUsed my crockpot once. Stored it in my appliance pantry for about 10 mths. Plugged it in and no display, changed battery for display. Still will not light up. Left Plugged in and tries to see if I still heats up...and nope!

A pretty decent outcome after an initial hiccup.I've had this slow cooker for a couple months and purchased it because parts were not available for my old, expensive but reliable one. At first I had problem with setting the time. Pushing the hour button made no change. After a lot of online search and re-reading the documentation which came with the machine, I was almost ready to give up. Though I had tried to pushing the button on several spots, it turns out I didn't stray far enough from the center on early attempts. As a last-last attempt, I began pressing all around the button. Eventually I found a spot at the very edge of the hour button that worked. It was the far right side close to the minute button. Several attempts to adjust the hour at this spit showed the spot could be considered reliable. As far as the meal goes, came out great as expected. I like this slow cooker. I do not like the instruction manual. There is no detail and there was obviously no quality control put into it before publishing. However, if there are no issues like the offset button I have, I likely would have just shrugged my shoulders and moved on.
As I said earlier, I like the performance on my first use and expect no problems moving forward.
