Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Sunbeam Corporation (Canada) Limited, you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the purchase price (less shipping & handling charges or processing fees).

Warranty/Defective Returns

If there is a problem with the product you receive or if you would like to make a warranty claim please contact our customer service line at 1-800-323-9519 or use our Customer Service Contact Form for assistance.

Alternatively, you can return warranty goods to one of our Jarden Consumer Solutions Service Centres for fast and friendly service for your warranty or out of warranty repair requirements. Use our Service Centre locator to find the location nearest you.


Non-Warranty Returns

If you are not satisfied with an item, simply return it in its original condition in the original packaging, within 30 days of receipt. We will apply a credit to your original form of payment.

Please mail us the completed bottom portion of your packing slip, included in your shipment, and the item(s) you wish to return. Please follow the instructions below.

Note: If you have lost or misplaced your packing slip please contact our call centre at 1-800-323-9519 prior to shipping your item(s).

  1. Pack item(s) securely in their original box.
  2. Select the reason for return on the bottom portion of your packing slip.
  3. Enclose the bottom portion of the packing slip with the item(s) and retain the top portion for your records.
  4. Packages should be shipped through a traceable method such as Purolator or Canada Post. Shipping insurance is recommended. Please note that the return label is not prepaid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not accept C.O.D.
  5. Ship your item(s) to:

Refunds on returned item(s) will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase and should appear as a credit in your account within 1 – 2 billing cycles.
